Our Profile

IMPART, the Institute for Motivation and Personality Development, Assessment, Research and Training, was founded in 1998 as a private sector research and transfer institute. Since then, a cooperation agreement has provided close links to the University of Osnabrück. It was here, at the Department of Differential Psychology at the University of Osnabrück that Professor Dr. Julius Kuhl and his team developed new test and training methods based on an innovative functional personality analysis and a systematic functional theory.

IMPARTis therefore committed to its task of enabling this highly cognizant testing and training method to be implemented in clinical, educational and practical entrepreneurial fields, to promote its suitability for daily use and to support its users.

IMPART has therefore dedicated itself to a vision of close interdisciplinary links and intensive cooperation between academics and users in schools and universities, industry, business and administration as well as hospitals and surgeries. This tried and tested mutual interaction between partners is called for by the specific and systemic functional analysis underlying the image of human personality.

IMPART increases insight and technology transfer between research and practice, on the one hand, and vice versa continually contributes to the advancement and sustainable advancement of university research. For example, IMPART makes the application research data available for continual optimisation and expansion of practically relevant and suitable methods as well as through cooperative research activities with the Department of Differential Psychology at the University of Osnabrück and other leading research institutions in this field.

IMPART IMPART enjoys meeting the demands set on modern, meaningful test and management training in many areas and which will also explicitly do justice to the test person's personality structure which has grown over the years.
